Pay Online

Instructions:

1. To pay rent, click on the link:  "Rent - Modern Property Management, Inc." below.

2. Enter your rent amount (rounded up to the nearest dollar) in the quantity field, then click the "Check-Out" button.  Fill in the  blanks and click on "Submit Order."

3. If the address you are paying for is not the same as your billing address, when checking out, check the "Ship to a Different Address?" box, and fill out the address fields with the property information that your payment is for.

4. If you are currently under 7-day notice for non-payment of rent, payments will not be accepted through this site.
